Inside

• Layout: Spacious open plan country living boasting five star feel. Large flat screen TV's, Indonesian teak furniture, walk in showers ensures the ultimate weekend pad
• Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is a double on the ground floor with shower room, bedroom 2 is a double ensuite on the first floor, bedroom 3 is  beautiful master four poster bedroom with shower room and lake views. The fourth bedroom is accessed via a ships ladder from the landing to a mezzanine level (ideal for children) a large double bedded room with low ceiling.
• Bathrooms: Three bathrooms/shower rooms
• For recreation: Churn up the tranquil waters of one of the largest Cotswold's lakes in the house rowing boat. Also included in the rental of The Lake House are tennis courts, croquet and fishing equipment. Guests are welcome to launch their own dingy sailing boat on the lake, and there is an 18 hole golf course within two miles. You can be on the lake within an hour and a half of leaving London! 
• For relaxation: If all your excursions on the water are taking their toll then simply hang up your wetsuit and relax in a chair lakeside. A new spa offering the latest treatments is just a short walk away.

Outside

Spill out onto your private decking area overlooking the lake, perfect for an al fresco breakfast before the days activities or a chilled sundowner. Stroll around the lake and enjoy the fresh country air.

• DIY: available on a self catered basis. Roll up your sleeves and get to work in the contemporary styled kitchen packed full of the latest mod cons. The open plan style ensures you don't miss a thing as the days events are regaled.
• Eating in: If you would rather rest your weary bones then enjoy the luxury of your own private chef, discuss menus with the recommended caterers prior to your arrival to ensure the whole weekend is perfection.
• Eating out: a collection of fine eateries are very close by including The Wild Duck, The Bell at Sapperton or The Falcon Inn in Poulton.

• By Train: The nearest train station in Kemble which is around 5 mins from the property, Swindon station is around 15 mins from the property and trains from London to Swindon are much more frequent.
• By Car: Situated just 3 miles from the M4 junction 8
• By Air: International flights to Bristol or Heathrow just 1 hr 30mins
