• Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is a double on the ground floor with shower room, bedroom 2 is a double ensuite on the first floor, bedroom 3 is  beautiful master four poster bedroom with shower room and lake views. The fourth bedroom is accessed via a ships ladder from the landing to a mezzanine level (ideal for children) a large double bedded room with low ceiling.
• Bathrooms: Three bathrooms/shower rooms
• For recreation: Churn up the tranquil waters of one of the largest Cotswold's lakes. Included in the rental of The Lake House is dingy sailing and windsurfing but it doesn't stop there, also included are tennis courts, volleyball, boules, croquet, fishing equipment and free golfing for up to two guests, you can be on the lake within an hour of leaving London!
  
• For relaxation: If all your excursions on the water are taking their toll then simply hang up your wetsuit and relax in a chair lakeside. A new spa offering the latest treatments is just a short walk away.

Outside

Spill out onto your private decking area overlooking the lake, perfect for an al fresco breakfast before the days activities or a chilled sundowner. Stroll around the lake and enjoy the fresh country air.
